Your notes (above) highlight some implications of working with diversity in the context of groups that are attempting to think and communicate together.  As you suggest in your notes, I believe that recognizing the challenges of diversity (in relation to thinking and communicating) is a CRITICAL skill for anyone -- facilitator, leader, participant -- who wants to cultivate a collaborative mindset.  Your diagram speaks powerfully to this issue.   

I would be delighted to hear from -- and trade notes with -- anyone who is involved in gathering up the skills and tools for strengthening one&#039;s collaborative mindset.
